Praying together as a community.
This prayer list is updated weekly and added to our Sunday bulletins as a resource for public and private prayer as a community.
You may use the form at the bottom of this page to submit a prayer for the list.
We pray for our church community, that we may be challenged and stretched to become even more inclusive and inviting as we live into our new welcome statement.
We pray for our congregation in this Season of Giving, as we imagine what God is dreaming up for us in the upcoming year.
We pray for Bethany College students and faculty who enter into finals week tomorrow.
We give thanks for a successful run of the musical All Shook Up at Smoky Valley High School this weekend, and for the gift of the arts in our community. Sam, Drew, and Russ were all participants in the show!
We pray for those for whom the upcoming holidays may not be full of joy. May God hold and comfort them.
We pray for all those suffering from violence and war, especially the people of Sudan, Palestine and Israel, Ukraine, Myanmar, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
